Terms and Conditions


Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total bill is payable immediately. The balance is due 10 days prior to trip departure.


Cancellation

(a) In the event of cancellation by you 60 days prior to the trip departure, you will receive a full refund minus R150 per person reservation fee. (b) If you cancel 31-60 days prior to departure, your deposit is forfeited. (c) If you cancel 0-30 days prior to trip departure no refund whatsoever for any reason will be allowed. You may substitute any person with another person without penalty.

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of a trip by Hiside Rivers, the client will be entitled to an immediate and full refund.


Postponement

(a) In the case of postponement within 30 days of trip departure, the client will be charged an administration fee of R 150 per person. b) In the case of postponement within 10 days prior to departure, your deposit is forfeited.


Booking Confirmation

The number of days notice required to organize your event will depend on the size of the group and the complexity of the event.

A booking form will be sent to you to sign and fax or email back to us including the initialled proposal and ‘includes, excludes’ page. An invoice will be issued once banking details have been confirmed. 50% deposit is required to confirm the event in full (full payment required for late bookings). Planning will commence on receipt of deposit/full payment.
